This is just more validation that my beliefs are correct. WebHostFriend.com has a ranking of 32 different web hosts, with web hosting reviews! So, even if you aren't interested in Hostamina.com, you'll find plenty of other services there to suit your needs. It has one top 10 web hosts page, and then it has another page with the rest of the 32 in order of rank.
The other good thing about WebHostFriend.com is it has a section called What Is Web Hosting that you will find very helpful if you are new to web hosting, and it has a section called What Is Overselling, which will educate you on a big trend in the web hosting industry you might find yourself wanting to steer clear from.

Hostamina Web Hosting Youtube Video!
Hey, so before I continue on with my crazy cool awesome web hosting story, I decided to make a youtube promoting Hostamina, my favorite web host in the whole world, to prove my undying love and dedication (haha...ha...). No seriously...I'm not trying to get hired there or anything....I swear!

Hostamina Web Hosting - Day 1 - What Hooked Me?
So, I was rummaging around the web hosting scum of the web, going through the typical overloading crap hosts when I stumbled upon a relatively new face in the industry, Hostamina. Whenever you hang around the WebHostingTalk.com forums this sort of thing is bound to happen. At any rate, I started checking it out with the usual cynicism I would any host, especially new, and at first I saw nothing special about it, nothing at all.
Before I move on, I would just like to make a note of the fact that just because a web host doesn't look special, doesn't mean anything. It could very well be the best web host in the world, and you really won't know until you scratch the surface.
Oddly, on this random summer day, I felt the need to scratch the surface. I just kept asking myself, what if? What if this web host turned out to be my equivalent to "the one" (aka Neo) in The Matrix? What if this web host could possibly become my ultimate savior?
And I must say, I'm quite glad I did.
So what did actually hook me? Well, after my slight inclination to dig a little deeper, I decided to send them an email. To make a long story short, I received a personal response in approximately 30 seconds from the owner!!! Yea, the owner. Now, I know being able to do this 24/7 is a physical impossibility, but it happened to me, so what could I do? I simply had to dig deeper.
Next thing I know I'm finding out the owner (or at least the one i was talking to since there are actually two of them) is a Computer Science major with a business minor at the prestigious Johns Hopkins university...so obviously the guy has his shit together (pardon my language). At that point I was just thinking, if someone this smart is running a company, and cares enough to talk to me, ONE CUSTOMER, for this long, personally, just to get me to simply give him a chance, I'm sure as hell going to.
And so began my seemlingly never-ending tenure at Hostamina.com.
